For our HQ location in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, we are expanding our legal team and are currently looking for a Junior Legal Counsel (Italian speaking, for 24-40 hours pw). The legal counsel supports the business in all legal matters.
- To draft and review legal documents and contracts (Turbine Supply Agreements, maintenance agreements, components purchase agreements, bank guarantees)
- Provide legal advice
- Develop legal tools
- Update legal knowledge and responsible for communicating to the relevant departments
- Master degree Law
- Approximately 2 to 4 years experience in a commercial environment as legal officer or as an attorney
- Knowledge of Italian law
- Excellent communication & time management skills
- Fluency in Italian and English, French is a plus
- Commercial awareness
- Structured in work and presentation
- 24-40 hours per week is negotiable
