EWT Systems B.V. secures Turbine Supply Agreement at Turkish Wind Energy Congress

EWT Systems B.V. (EWTS), a global leader in distributed wind energy solutions, announced that it has executed its first Turbine Supply Agreement (TSA) in Turkey, marking a significant expansion to its global footprint. The agreement was finalized during the 14th annual Turkish Wind Energy Congress in Izmir, Turkey, reinforcing the company’s commitment to supplying the region’s expanding wind energy sector.

EWT Systems B.V.’s executives in attendance at the congress commented on the importance of participating in the congress and Turkish market. Turning to the new Turbine Supply Agreement, Malek Tawashy President and CEO of Northern Energy Capital, shareholder in EWTS, said “Certainly this is a key milestone for us. The project will feature two (2) EWT direct drive wind turbines, designed to maximize energy production, providing clean energy offset and cost saving to the end-user’s annual electricity purchased from the national grid. This agreement underscores EWT’s strategic focus on delivering high-performance, reliable and cost-competitive wind turbines to new and existing customers and markets, worldwide.
