The Role:
As our Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in steering our financial operations towards success. From managing international entities to driving process improvements, your expertise will be instrumental in fueling our growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial accounting and reporting for international entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Spearhead process improvements to optimize efficiency and streamline operations.
Manage a talented team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Collaborate with stakeholders worldwide, building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and authorities.
Drive the implementation and ownership of ERP systems, leveraging technology to enhance financial processes.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an international environment, with expertise in Dutch GAAP, IFRS, and audit processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably InforLN, along with advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in at least one other European language.
• Strong leadership skills, with a passion for coaching and teamwork.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
